- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Got in at 11:30am, they estimated a 2 hour wait, it is now going on 2:30pm and I'm still 4th in line. Looking for a way to waste your day? Come to the Secretary of State at Rogers plaza, you'll be sitting there for hours with all sorts of nothing to do. I ended up getting lunch and they text me my estimated time was 30 mins, so I get back to S.oS, wait 20 mins and then receive another text saying my estimated time was 40 mins.By Joel Smitter, June 07, 2017
